About this event:
Does your loved one need a support system to make major life decisions? Have you been thinking that guardianship may be more than is necessary for them, but that being totally on their own in their decision making process will not be in their best interest? Come learn about Supported Decision Making and building a network of supporters to assist them in making the decisions that affect their lives.

A Full Life Ahead is a series of monthly workshops designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers of young adults with a disability. Many workshop topics are offered, including friendships, transition, employment, housing, financial planning, and more. The workshops and resources provided in this series will help lead to interdependent, full lives in the community for young adults with disabilities. The series takes place in the five regions of MFOFC. Workshops may be presented in one or more of the MFOFC Regions. You are welcome to attend any workshop at any of their locations.
AFLA workshops in the Metro regions are presented by MFOFC in partnership with Advocates and Riverside Community Care.
